Registration instruction

Deadline of registration is "July 31, 2018". Click the button below and fill the "Registration form". Abstracts can be submitted by "Abstract submission form" (move to Abstracts)

Step 1:
Click the button below and move to "Registration form".
Step 2:
Fill in "Email address", "Name", "PI's name" and "Affiliation" in the fields.
Step 3:
Select a "Catefory of registration" and whether to make a "Presentaion" or not.
Step 4:
Select a "Food menu" if you participate the reception.
Step 5:
Select whether to have a "Lunch box (September 11)" or not.
Step 6:
Make your payment to the bank account of JDRC13. Don't forget
Step 7:
Check payment confirmation Email sended by JDRC13 within a few days.

Fees

Complete your registration by making your payment to the bank account. Only paid registration will be considered for participation.

Undergraduate Free 3,000 JPY
Non-Salaried 3,000 JPY 3,000 JPY
Salaried 6,000 JPY 6,000 JPY

Cancellations and revisions

Send e-mail to JDRC13 office ( jdrc13kyoto2018@gmail.com) for cancellations or revisions by july 31, 2018. After this date, any cancellations/revisions/refunds are not possible.
