Submission instruction

Deadline of abstract submission is "12:00:00 (JST), July 4, 2018". Follow the procedure below to submit your abstract.

Step 0:
Complete your registration.
Step 1:
Download the Abstract format (Microsoft Word) and fill in required data.
Step 2:
Change the name of Word file to your name (e.g. Shizue Ohsawa.doc). Don't forget
Step 3:
Click the button below and move to "Abstract submission form".
Step 4:
Fill in "Email address" and "Name" in the fields..
Step 5:
Select "Primary and Secondary categories" of your research area from the list.
Step 6:
Select a "Presentation type" (Oral or Poster).
Step 7:
Select whether to show your Email address on the Abstract book or not.
Step 8:
Make your abstract and send it to JDRC13 office by E-mail (jdrc13kyoto2018@gmail.com).
Abstraction submission is closed

Decision on the presentation type

Oral presenters will be selected from those who selected "Oral presentation" by July 31, 2018 . If not selected, you will be a "Poster presenter".

Revision

Send e-mail to JDRC13 office ( jdrc13kyoto2018@gmail.com) for replacement of abstracts by june 30, 2018. After this date, any replacements of abstract file are not possible.

Cancellation

Send e-mail to JDRC13 office ( jdrc13kyoto2018@gmail.com) for cancellation of presentations.
