Fees

Conference badge and program book

Registrants can pick up conference badge and program book at the registration desk. The registration desk will open at 12:00 noon, September 10. Please, wear your conference badge at all time within the conference venue. Program book can also be available online. You can download digital media of program book below.

Language

Primary language used in JDRC13 is "English".

Accommodation

Registration of JDRC13 does not include hotel reservation. Participants need to make their own reservasions of hotels

Photography and recording

Photography or audio recording of presentations is prohibited unless the presenter authorizes it.

Wi-Fi network

"eduroam" Wi-Fi network service and Carrier (NTT docomo, au, SoftBank) Wi-Fi network services can be used in Kyoto University. Attendee who have these accounts can connect Wi-Fi network. JDRC13 also provide visitor's accounts for "eduroam". Account ID and password will be provided on site.

Smoking area

Kyoto University has prohibited to smoke in Pharmaceutical Sciences Campus.

Parking area

Guest parking is not available in Kyoto University.
